I experienced a long wait for dinner, almost 50 minutes for mains, which felt excessive even when the pub was busy. a more timely service would have enhanced the experience. I noticed the arrangement for cleaning wasn't clearly communicated, as we had to remember to hang the 'please clean' sign for fresh cups and other items.

We booked this last minute and were thrilled the staff was so friendly and accommodating and the food was fantastic, they even had this delicious veggie option that didn't skimp on flavor and it was fresh too even I was surprised plus the garden area was just perfect for the kids to play while we relaxed.

I mean it wasn't exactly cheap but considering the quality we got it was still okay.

So, we decided to grab a New Year's lunch and ended up waiting two hours for our mains, which never came. They were super under-staffed and the food quality wasn't what it used to be. On the bright side, the drinks were decent, but waiting was just ridiculous. Not in a rush to come back, honestly.
